Scott D. Delaney is an experienced entrepreneur, private equity investor, CEO and operator with a track record of building innovative high growth companies and leading high performing teams through complex problems. Mr. Delaney’s broad leadership experience is distinguished by achievements rooted in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, operations and international development.

Mr. Delaney is the Chairman, CEO of Lumenix where he has been instrumental in the strategic direction, operations, and financing of the firm. Mr. Delaney was previously a founder and partner of Impax Management Ltd. (“IML”), a Toronto based principal investment firm and the founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Impax Energy Services Ltd. (“Impax”), a diversified energy trust. Prior to, Mr. Delaney was an investment banker with leading global investment banks. Prior to, Mr. Delaney worked in production operations and commodity marketing for a leading global oil and gas exploration company.

Mr. Delaney presently serves as Co-Chair of the Fulbright Canada Advisory Board and as a Director of the Yorkminster Park Baptist Church. Mr. Delaney has previously served as a Director of other organizations, including the Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care, the Yee Hong Foundation and the Institute for Study of International Development at McGill University. Mr. Delaney is a long term member, and a past Chapter Chair, of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Delaney holds an economics degree from Carleton University and a Master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government where he was a Fulbright Scholar.

Bill is a highly experienced leader, director and architect, with a deep background in the planning, design and operations of healthcare facilities globally.

He previously spent 27 years at B+H Architects, a leading global design and strategy firm, serving as CEO from 2006 to 2022. In his time with the firm, Bill oversaw significant global growth through acquisitions and organic initiatives including major expansions in Asia. The firm focussed on healthcare, education, commercial mixed-use and hospitality sectors.

As a design professional he established the firm’s global practice in the healthcare sector, particularly in PPP project delivery. He was instrumental in building a team that delivered multiple hospital projects with private sector operators and public health authorities in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Middle East and the Caribbean, in addition to the firm’s extensive work across Canada.

Bryant is an experienced leader with a proven track record of building successful businesses.  As one of the founders in Lumenix, Bryant has been pivotal in creating one of Canada’s leading LED retrofit companies.

Prior to this, Mr. Tse was the EVP for Medisys Health Group. During his tenure, Bryant managed 200 employees and helped grow the business to over $100 mm in an 18 month period. This was achieved through a combination of strong organic growth and integration of multiple strategic acquisitions.

Other past achievements include being one of the founding partners of Persistence Capital Partners, a Canadian healthcare private equity firm, an investment banker for Citigroup and founder of a cardboard and fabrics recycling company.

Bryant has both his Bachelor’s (Hons.) and Master of Business Administration degrees in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Bryan is an experienced finance executive with a deep background supporting technology companies through critical growth phases, complex transactions, and regulatory requirements.

Prior to Lumenix, Bryan held various CFO roles with technology focused companies, focusing on M&A as well as debt and equity financing transactions. Bryan also spent 13 years with Ernst & Young LLP where he was a leader within the technology practice, working closely with founders and leadership teams at companies ranging from pre-revenue software startups to multinationals across hardware, SaaS, and advanced manufacturing. He guided technology companies through their full lifecycle, from seed-stage through go-public and exit.

Bryan continues to act as an advisor with NEXT Canada, supporting the next generation of Canadian technology entrepreneurs.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and is a member of CPA Ontario.

Anna Crane, in her current role as EVP, Human Capital Management, Anna leads the global people and culture initiatives for Lumenix. She has a driving passion for building values-driven cultures that drive high engagement and deliver strong results. As well as direct involvement in the planning and implementation of business development and expansion strategies in complex, multi-cultural commercial environments including customer interface, evaluation and integrating acquisitions, start-ups and redesigning “go to market” approaches.

Anna has more than 20 years of HR experience that spans both entrepreneurial start-ups and established global players, from publicly traded to privately-held companies, in diverse industries such e-commerce, encryption software, mobile software, loyalty and energy sectors. Her HR philosophy from early on has always been to start with getting to know and understanding the business, then layer on the HR strategy.

Anna joins Lumenix from Arc Productions as Head of HR, Prior to this role, Anna joins Arc from Bond Brand Loyalty (Formerly Maritz Canada) in an HR leader role, Prior to joining Bond Brand Loyalty, she was the Head of HR / People development at Certicom Corp. (subsidiary of RIM/Blackberry) where she worked globally to deliver strategy / HR services, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

In 2017, Anna was recognized as one of the best in the HR industry and finalist for the Canadian HR awards, as well, in 2017 featured in HRD as a leader with global impact.

Anna holds a BA from Carleton University and a certification in Human Resources from Sheridan College.

Gregory J. Loan is an experienced engineer and innovator with a history of combining creativity and state-of-the-art technology to develop cutting edge products and solutions in a variety of fields including healthcare, robotics and special effects.

Prior to joining Lumenix, Greg was the senior engineer at SIMPeds at Boston Children’s Hospital (“BCH”), a Harvard Medical Teaching Hospital which boasts the largest pediatric research center of any hospital in the world. In this role, Greg leveraged artificial intelligence, computer vision, and 3-D printing to drive advancements in healthcare simulation, risk management and hospital safety.

At Vecna Robotics, Gregory was a key player on the development team responsible for the successful international launch of “QCBot”, an autonomous hospital courier robot. This robot laid the groundwork for many other successful robots in current use by FedEx, CAT, the US Military, and NASA.

As a special effects artist, Gregory worked on several blockbuster projects building animatronic characters for Universal Studios and Walt Disney World (e.g. Harry Potter & Jurassic Park).

Gregory holds a BA degree from Framingham State University, and an ALM master’s degree from Harvard University, where he was the recipient of the Klein Prize.

Ramsey Day is the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Lumenix USA, leading the rollout of the Artificially Intelligent Monitoring System (AIMS) throughout the United States. Prior to joining Lumenix, Mr. Day served as the Assistant Administrator of the Bureau for Africa at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). As Assistant Administrator for Africa, Mr. Day oversaw an $8 billion multi-sectoral portfolio, including $6 billion in Global Health programs across the African continent focusing on health governance and systems strengthening, HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention, child and maternal health, nutrition, and infectious disease prevention.

Prior to joining USAID, Mr. Day was the Senior Director for the Center for Global Impact at the International Republican Institute (IRI) where he led the Institute’s project design, strategic planning, and monitoring and evaluation efforts. He also worked in Amman, Jordan as the IRI Country Director from 2014 to 2017.

Mr. Day has held numerous positions within the international development and foreign policy communities both in the United States and various overseas posts. He served as the Country Representative for USAID in Montenegro and at the USAID headquarters in Washington as the agency’s Chief of Public Liaison. He was also the Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for the USAID Europe and Eurasia Bureau advising senior officials on development policy, strategic communications, and legislative issues.

Prior to government service, he worked in marketing for multi-media companies in both Atlanta, Georgia and New York.

Mr. Day holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He lives in Orange County, California with his wife and daughter.

Jaimie Delaney is the Vice President of Emerging Technologies for Lumenix, where she leads the Emerging Technologies division that focuses on developing, executing and supporting sales, marketing, research, operational and strategic initiatives for Lumenix’s portfolio of state-of-the-art, disruptive technologies.

Prior to joining Lumenix, Jaimie was a top performer with two leading Fortune 500 corporations where her experience was rooted in how to apply research insights and tools from IoT, digital platforms and related analysis to the North American healthcare market and e-commerce channel players.

While at Depuy Synthes, Johnson & Johnson Medical Companies, Jaimie identified and led the execution of cross-functional projects during its integration within JNJ, and was responsible for managing and supporting RFP submissions nationally, surgeon-focused product training labs, national product launches, detailed market analyses and providing intraoperative product consulting.

Jaimie later joined Kijiji, eBay, where she contributed to its growth in becoming the leading centralized network of online communities and online classified services in Canada.

Jaimie holds an HBSc from McMaster University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management where she was a Forté Fellow.
